This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short and human, because that is how we operate.

What We Collect

Email address: when you start the app, join the beta, pre-order, or contact us.
App usage & progress: your plays, notes, and progress through the 90-day season. Most of this lives in your browser via localStorage; some is stored on our servers so your progress follows you across devices.
Basic technical data: device, browser, and rough usage events to keep the app working and improve it.
Payment data: handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

How We Use It

To run the app and deliver your access (Season Pass, Lifetime Pass, beta, or pre-order).
To send you account, progress, and product emails. You can opt out of non-essential email anytime.
To improve PLAYBOOK90 based on aggregate usage.

AI Features

Coaching and AI features in PLAYBOOK90 are powered by Anthropic's Claude models. When you use an AI feature, the relevant text you submit may be sent to Anthropic to generate a response. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not sell your data.

What We Do NOT Do

We do not sell your personal data.
We do not rent your email list.

Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and Anthropic for AI features), and only as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Your Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Clearing your browser storage removes locally cached progress on that device.
