By using PLAYBOOK90, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your Access
- Season Pass: grants 90 days of access to the PLAYBOOK90 season from activation.
- Lifetime Pass: grants access for as long as PLAYBOOK90 operates, with no recurring charge.
- Beta: provided free during the beta period and offered as-is while we build.
- Pre-order: a discounted early purchase of the Lifetime Pass. Access is delivered when the corresponding release goes live; pre-order pricing and limits are described at checkout.
Acceptable Use
- The app is for your own use. Do not share, resell, or redistribute your access or the content.
- Do not attempt to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- One account per person unless we agree otherwise in writing.

PLAYBOOK90 is educational coaching for first-time founders. It is not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
No Earnings Guarantee
We coach you to take action toward your first sales. Results depend on you, your market, and your effort. We do not guarantee any specific income or outcome.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUILT TO WIN LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
